RETURN POLICIES

At Esmee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure that you can shop with confidence.

Our goods are all hand-made and come with guarantees. you have the rights to a replacement or refund for major damage or loss due to postage. You also have the rights to have the goods replaced, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. We reserve the right to not offer a refund. 

CHANGE YOUR MIND

  • Purchasing at Esmee you have 14 days to return your items (some exclusion apply) for a full refund or exchange, as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of purchase. The refund will be provided using your BSB and Account number.
  • By saleable condition we mean by the item has not been opened or used. It is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.
  • If you can’t provide proof of purchase, we will not give you a refund.
  • Return postage under your own cost
  • Refund will process after we receive the refunded item


ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED
The following items can not be returned if you change your mind:

  • Custom made items
  • Wood print gift sets
  • Candles and diffusers (used or opened) 


PRIVACY
You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning with proof of purchase, Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with Esmee fragrances
